Hello, My name is Micah,
I am serving the Lord at Lake Epic, a Christian camp in Zaniemysl,Poland, a small village south of Poznan. We reach pastors, churches, youth groups, and refugees from across Poland and throughout Europe. This ministry serves as a refuge from the world around them, giving them a chance to focus on Jesus in a safe, loving, and fun environment.
Poland is a country in Eastern Europe situated strategically between Western Europe and Eastern Europe, and is often considered the gateway to the East, or where the East meets the West. Its centuries-long history dating back to 900 AD is littered with wars and constant domination by other countries and kingdoms, each eager for their slice of the valuable geography that Poland offered. Modern-day Poland is bordered by Germany to the west, and Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia to the East. Poland is a Salvic country and Polish is a Slavic-based language.
I spent 3 months this summer working there in Poland at Lake Epic doing construction, maintenance, and working with the youth, as well as serving in a local church in Poznan. It was originally a short-term position, but God has called me to return to Poland and continue to serve Him there.
My goal is to finish raising my support team during the next few months and be ready to move to Poland in time for summer of '26, which will also prayerfully coincide with my visa approval. I intend to serve in Poland for 5 years.
I am sent by Carmel Baptist in Matthews, NC and my missions pastor is Bob Meisel.

1. Polish language school that I am beginning in Charlotte in January. (Very thankful to find this school!!)
2. Visa approval
3. Housing to become available in Zaniemysl for me
4. Full financial support to be raised
5. Another man to be called to join me in the work in Poland as a team member
