Derek Fowler
Derek is a volunteer at Talita Cumi, a place of refuge for abandoned children in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. He is also director of Living Rock, a ministry with two transition houses: Peter's House for young men and Ruth's House for young women who have aged out of Talita Cumi and need a safe place to live while they grow in their faith and pursue a higher education.
