A mentor/friend asked me a queston, almost 10 years go, that stopped me dead in my tracks.

"Has anyone ever taken the time to sit and listen to you...for as long as you wanted to speak, without interrupting, without judging...has anyone ever focused solely on understanding your thoughts, feelings, and perspective?"

Whether it's evangelism or discipleship, we all need someone who loves us enough to listen. It's amazing what God does when we listen to one another, and to Him.
