Sam & Rebecca Niblack

Sam and Rebecca are serving in Toulouse, France's fastest growing and 4th largest city, where Sam pastors in a evangelical, growing, French-speaking church. Besides the regular witness of a church unified around the gospel at its core, the church runs several key outreach ministries, including a migrant ministry, an outreach to prostitutes, a gospel choir and a global missions emphasis. Rebecca stays busy caring for their 8 kids still at home, and working in women's and children's ministries.
