Pastors and ministry leaders face unique pressures and stresses, which we understand after ministering in local church ministry for over twenty years. The mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational health of leaders are essential for any healthy church and growing ministry. The Apostle Paul defines it as the “daily pressure and anxiety for all the churches” (2 Corinthians 11:28). Coming out of a worldwide pandemic, ministry leaders and pastors are contemplating resignation at an almost 40% rate.* Considering pastors under 45, nearly 50% have considered leaving ministry in the past year.

The biblical vision for this support funded ministry is found in Luke 22. Jesus gave Peter a mission before he failed by denying. Jesus knew Peter would return, and commissioned him to strengthen his brothers. Strengthening (encouraging) pastors and ministry leaders is our passion and calling.
We want to encourage and model an authentic relationship with the Father. A relationship through Jesus that is marked by a growing trust and awareness of Christ as life. Paul encouraged the elders at Ephesus to pay attention to yourselves. This involves emotional, relational, and spiritual health.
Vision: Strengthen Our Brothers
Goal: Come alongside Pastors, Missionaries, and Ministry leaders to live healthy and lead well
